Samsung Galaxy Fit 4 Leaks: Design, Fresh Colors, and Upgraded Connectivity Revealed!
Samsung has made a comeback to the fitness tracker market with its Galaxy Fit 3 model, moving from the small smartband format to the bigger smartwatch-like one. The news of the Galaxy Fit 4 is just coming while its predecessor is still on the market.
The article will provide you with the new features, colors and design of Samsung's new budget fitness tracker.

1. The Design & Display: A Successful Formula
Samsung is not disrupting the status quo with the introduction of the Galaxy Fit 4, and truthfully, it does not have to. Leaked images indicate that this gadget features the same rectangular shape that has made it a hybrid of a regular smart band and a proper smartwatch.
- Chassis & Construction: It displays a middle frame made of aluminum with neat chamfered edges accompanied by replaceable silicone bands.
- Display: Users will welcome the good old 1.6-inch AMOLED screen that displays bright colors and pitch black elements. Despite the same size, CAD drawings indicate newly revised, thinner bezels that are accented in metal.
- Controls: The right edge features a single physical navigation button accompanied by a tiny hole for the microphone that can be used for voice commands and SOS calls.
- Reliability: The device has the advantage of being water- and dust-proof according to the 5ATM + IP68 standard, so it can withstand heavy workouts and swimming.

2. New Color Choices
Samsung has gone for simplicity in two standard colors and, at the same time, introduced new pastel color for the young customers:
- Dark Grey / Black: A stylish graphite aluminum body together with a black silicone band.
- Silver / White: A shiny brushed aluminum casing with a white band.
- Mint / Light Blue: A smooth pastel color that gives some stylishness to everyday clothing.
3. Specifications and Enhancements of Acquired.
The model designation SM-R391 (the successor to the SM-R390 of the Fit 3), originates from the certification documents from the FCC and Bluetooth SIG.
- Bluetooth 5.4: The first major specification change is the upgrade to Bluetooth 5.4 (previously Bluetooth 5.3). This newer version minimizes latency, improves energy efficiency, and makes synchronization with the Samsung Health App more reliable.
- BioActive Sensing: On the back side of the device, there is a modified Goodix GH3036-based optical biometric sensor module. It provides continuous heartbeat measurements, blood oxygen levels (SpO2), stress monitoring, and detailed sleep analysis, including snoring detecting when connected to the phone.
- Operating System Experience: The Fit 4 is still powered by Samsung’s lightweight RTOS. That being said, unlike Galaxy Wear OS watches, there will be no support for third-party applications or the Play Store; however, the simplified operating system ensures navigation is swift and user interface flows smoothly.
- GPS Connectivity: According to the documents available, neither and independent GPS system was included in order to save money and battery; training sessions will use the smartphone’s GPS.

- Now a sporty aluminum structure that is way ahead of the plastic smart bands.
- The high-contrast AMOLED display with a full-time display option.
- Long battery life (at least 10 to 13 days of usage).
- Great integration with Samsung Health and One UI ecosystems.
The Drawbacks
- The absence of a separate GPS system (the phone still needs to be used for navigation).
- The absence of a tow speaker for a Bluetooth phone call.
Expected Launch Date & Pricing
As the Galaxy Fit 4 has passed significant certification channels worldwide (FCC, Bluetooth SIG, BIS), the official announcement should be made very soon.
- Expected Global Pricing: ~$59 - $69
- Expected Price in Nepal: Around NPR 7,999- NPR 8,499
If Samsung adopts a competitive pricing strategy for the Galaxy Fit 4 among other competitors, such as the Xiaomi Smart Band Pro and the Huawei Band series, the Galaxy Fit 4 may become one of the leading fitness trackers among users of Android devices looking for a premium quality track without the bulkiness of smartwatches.
